Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods by you from us the seller to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions which you may purport to apply under any sales offer or purchase order. These terms and conditions supersede all previous agreements and understandings between the parties. Any amendment to the terms and conditions will only be effective if signed by a director of Phantastica Fashion.

We are committed to providing you with terms and conditions of sale which are easy to understand and which are fair to you. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained in these terms and conditions.

1. Shipping Policy

1.1.All orders are sent from Germany (EU).

1.2.Shipping with DHL Standard Postal Service

In Germany 2-5 Working Days

In EU 3-7 Working Days depending on your location

Worldwide 1-6 weeks depending on your location

1.3.In case of non-delivery or late delivery we cannot be held responsible.

1.4.The order will be refund only in case of non delivery after the delivery company confirmed the fact of non-delivery.

1.5.Once the shipment is sent, the user will be notified by email containing the tracking number of the shipment.

1.6.Delivery to countries outside EUROPE
Recipients of shipments outside Europe are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes and other levies.
Phantastica Fashion has no control over these charges. We are not able to give you any information about the cost that would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Please check the local laws and regulations regarding import before buying. You should contact your local customs office for current charges before to order, hereby you will not be surprised by charges you were not expecting.

1.7. In case that the shipment hasn’t been successfully delivered to the address due to incorrect information provided by the buyer, such as phone number, address, etc. or if the buyer for some reason decided not to accept the parcel, the shipment will be returned at the expense of the buyer. We will keep shipping costs both ways from the total amount of the order that we have to refund once we receive the return.

1.8. All products are posted in excellent condition. If you receive your order and the package has been damaged during shipment, we cannot be held responsible for this and you will need to make a complaint and take this up with the delivery company. This way we can avoid a misunderstanding. However, we would definitely like to hear from you if something like this has occurred.

2.Return & Exchange Policy

2.1.Full priced item(s) can be returned within 30 days. For a full refund or exchange you have to return your item(s) within 14 days. After this period we give vouchers only.

2.2.All sale items, including items purchased at a discount during a promotion, are final sale and excluded from any exchange or refund.

2.3. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

2.4. Postage costs must be covered by the customer.

2.5.Refunds will be processed after the item(s) arrived and have been checked by us.

2.6.will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions stated in our return policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.

2.7.For an exchange you will get a voucher 100% the value of the goods returned for exchange. With this voucher you can place your order again. The voucher you can use for your next purchase (for any products). Please note: shipping fee will be charged for sending the item back to you. We are a small label and we cannot pay the return cost of your parcel like big corporations. We thank you for understanding.

2.8. If you wish to return goods please submit a request for return in email.

For the return request we will need your order id or order number which you can find in your invoice, the name and size of the item you would like to return and the reason for return. After that you will receive an email with all details and information.
